Eula “Tommi” Osburn, 90, of Topeka passed away on February 14, 2018. Born on November 16, 1927, at the family home in Dover, she was the daughter of Ernest and Lillian Thomas.
She was a graduate of Dover High School, Dover, KS.
She was a licensed cosmetologist who owned her own business, served on the State Board and was an instructor for cosmetology.
Tommi married Lester W. Osburn in June 1959. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by four children; Lee (Jane) Osburn, Rick (Lila) Osburn, Randy (Terry) Osburn and Loriann Fish, seven granddaughters and 13 great-grandchildren.
She enjoyed traveling with her friends from Holiday Ramblers. Tommi was a member of the VFW Auxillary and loved spending time with her family at the lake.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Mount Hope Cemetery, Funeral Chapel & Reception Center, 4700 SW 17th, Topeka, KS 66604.
