Frank Kosiba, 72, Topeka, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at a local care center.

Frank was born September 27, 1945 in Du Bois, PA, the son of Joseph and Helen (Chase) Kosiba. He graduated from Central Christian High School in Du Bois in 1964 and DeVry Institute.

He was employed by Goodyear in Chicago and was later transferred to Topeka. He retired from Goodyear and began working for the State of Kansas.

He was an avid fisherman, hunter, who loved cooking and going to the casinos.

Frank married Joyce Hedrick. She survives. Other survivors include step-son, Mike Hamman, Wichita, KS; step-daughter, Laura Wheeler, Golden, CO; daughter, Beth Kosiba, Colorado Springs, CO; brothers, Joseph George (Colletta) Kosiba, Brownsburg, IN, Walter (Anne) Kosiba, Du Bois, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Helen Marie Miknis.

A private Celebration of Life will be with close friends and family members. Private family inurnment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
