Stephen A. Cook, 74, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018.

He was born October 13, 1943, in Dallas, Texas, the son of Calvin and Marjorie Cook. He was a graduate of Topeka High School. He served in the United States Army from June of 1962 until being honorably discharged in June of 1965.

Stephen was employed by Stormont-Vail Hospital for 26 years.

Survivors include his sister-in-law Patricia Cook and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Larry Cook.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
