Frances (Francene) D. Giese, 92, San Angelo, TX and Kansas City, MO, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2018.

Survivors include son, Richard Michael Giese, daughter-in-law, Nancy Riegle Giese, Tecumseh, KS and daughter, Donna Jo Cooper, Olathe, KS. Preceded in death, daughter, Carolyn (Giese) Gatlin and Patricia Ann (Giese) Herendeen. Patricia is survived by her husband of 45 years Patrick J. Herendeen Sr. of Fayetteville, GA. Patricia and Patrick Herendeen’s five children: Julia A. (Evans) Litz (deceased), three children, Richard A. Evans, Gulfport, MS, David M. Evans, San Angelo, TX, Stefanie M. (Herendeen) Hopkins, Forney, TX, four children, one grandchild, and Patrick J. Herendeen Jr., San Angelo, TX, three children. Frances (Francene) also leaves behind many friends in San Angelo, TX, especially her dear friend, Beverly Asbury.

Memorial services will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 2309 A & M St., San Angleo, TX.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Alzheimer Association.

Frances (Francene) was a special lady, a kind soul who loved everyone and they loved her. Many considered her their adopted mother or grandmother. She loved all of God’s creatures. More than anything, she loved her family. Additionally, she enjoyed; feeding the birds, walking, hockey, her dogs, Elvis, hot and spicy food and the wonderful people of San Angelo, TX.

“Her voice will echo in memories you hold, her smile will warm you through stories retold, her love will touch you in spirit each day, her life will be treasured in beautiful ways. “

For this is what the Lord says… “As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you.” Isaiah 66:12, 13
