Carolyn K. “Carol” (Kuebler) Spencer, 75, of Topeka, passed away Monday, September 10, 2018.

She was born July 17, 1943, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Earl and Emily (Reynolds) Kuebler. She was a graduate of Highland Park High School.

She was a member of Heritage Baptist Church, Lawrence, Kansas.

Carolyn married Guy D. Spencer on March 20, 1968 in Hutchinson, Kansas. He survives. Other survivors include seven children, Andrea Bygel and her husband, Wesley of Lubbock, TX, Richard Herbison and his wife, Nycole of Gonzales, LA, Sarah Feliu and her husband, George of Topeka, KS, Debbie Currie, Cindy Kendall, Tatia Millison, and Darren Spencer all of Hutchinson, KS; 26 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a brother, Rick Kuebler and his wife, Cheri of Topeka; a sister, Marilyn “Sue” Down, and her husband, Danny of Topeka; and numerous nieces and nephews and loved ones to cherish her memories.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Claudette Payne; and a brother, Larry Kuebler.

Carolyn enjoyed spending time with family, family history, serving her church. She loved life and was dedicated to her family and always there to help.

A funeral ceremony will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, September 13, 2018 at the Mount Hope Cemetery and Funeral Chapel, 4700 SW 17th Street, Topeka, KS. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Dove Cremations and Funerals, Southwest Chapel is assisting the family.

Memorial contributions may be made to Heritage Baptist Church, 1781 E 800th Rd, Lawrence, KS 66049.
