Barbara L. Fuller, 89, of Topeka, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2018.
She was born February 26, 1929, in Abilene, Kansas, the daughter of Colby R. and Gladys M. (Wallerstedt) Hamilton. She graduated high school in Kansas City, Missouri and received a Fine Arts Degree from Kansas State University.
Barbara was employed as the Artist Editor for Capper’s Weekly and was an artist for Hallmark Cards in Topeka.
She was a member of Wanamaker Woods Church of the Nazarene in Topeka, Pi Beta Phi Sorority at KSU and active member of a Dog Agility Club of Kansas.
Barbara married Monte Lee Fuller in 1956 in Reno, Nevada. He survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Dianne Fuller; a son, Monte Les Fuller, all of Topeka; a grandson, Michael Fuller; great-greatgrandchildren, Kayleigh and David.
Barbara enjoyed spending time with family, training dogs, painting and quilting.
A private family memorial ceremony will be held at a later date. Dove Cremations and Funerals, Southwest Chapel is assisting the family.
