Dale Ramage Williamson, 94, of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Aldersgate Village. He was born December 17, 1924 in Waverly, Kansas, the son of Otto and Virgie (Gillow) Williamson.

Dale graduated from Waverly High School in 1945. He was an Army Veteran during WWII. He was employed as a General Agent for the Great American Life Insurance Company for 35 years before retiring. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 119 in Waverly and the American Bowling Congress.

Dale married Dolores L. Farris on June 8, 1948 in Ottawa, Kansas. She preceded him in death on November 24, 2009. He was also preceded in death by one daughter; Janis Kay Workman.

Survivors include two daughters; Brenda L. (Ed) Forbes of Topeka, Carol E. (Jerry) Roberts of Mulvane, Kansas, three grandchildren; Mike and Heath Simpson, Tina Hill and six great-grandchildren; Levi, Page, Cole, Dorian, Seth and Corbin.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 11, 2019 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. Graveside committal services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Rock Creek Township Cemetery in Waverly, Kansas. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the funeral home.
