Glenn Anders “Bonehead” Martin, 64, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019.

He was born November 27, 1954, in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Booker Thomas and Lois (DeLoach) Martin. He was a graduate of South High School in Youngstown and attended Youngstown State University. He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.

Survivors include children, Tanya Anderson, Atlanta, GA, Erica Pierce, Campbell, OH, Eddie Pierce, Kent, OH, Roshuna Martin, Grove City, PA, Ebony Martin, Youngstown, OH and Angel Anderson, Youngstown, OH; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; his twin sister, Lynn (Kieth) Boykin, Topeka; three brothers, Gary (June) Martin, Silver Lake, KS, Thomas (Monica) Martin, and Keith Herring, both of Youngstown, OH; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Leslie Martin.

Cremation is planned. A memorial ceremony will be held at a later date at Youngstown, Ohio. Service information will be posted as soon as it becomes available. Please check back later for more information.
