Irene Violet Hock, 79, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Rolling Hills Health Care Center in Topeka Kansas.

She was born November 16, 1940 in Debrecen, Hungary and came to the United States in 1958.

Irene was a homemaker who enjoyed purebred dog shows, shopping, and health and fitness. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Topeka.

Irene married Jack D. Hock on July 4, 1959 in Las Vegas Nevada. He died April 30, 2003.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Kathleen Marie Bircher (Rich) in 2012. Survivors include son, Jeff (Pam) Hock, Gilbert Arizona, 4 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.

Irene will be cremated and a private inurnment will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery.

We were blessed with Irene’s love and feisty spirit.
