Ethel Leona Fox, 58, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2020.

She was born December 6, 1961, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Henry and Ethel (Penry) Fox. She was a graduate of Topeka High School.

Ethel was employed by the Southwest Publishing in Topeka for 21years.

Ethel married Kevin L. Alexander. They later divorced. Survivors include two daughters, Tiffany (Johnny) Lykins and Jessica Patterson of Topeka; three grandchildren, Koriand’r Lykins, Eythun Munoz-Lykins and Eyli Munoz-Lykins; her sister, Becki Fox –Michaelis of Topeka; and two brothers, Dwane Fox of Louisiana and Cris Fox of Topeka.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Ivy Varner, Christina Fox, Vicky Winter and Violet Pickell; and her brother, Clint Fox.

Ethel was loving and caring and spoiled her grandchildren. She enjoyed Facebooking, the outdoors and her work family at Southwest Publishing.

Honoring her request, cremation is planned. A celebration of life candle light vigil will be held from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., Monday, July 6, 2020 at Lakewood Shelter House, 2301 SE Lakewood Blvd, Topeka, KS 66605.

Dove Cremations and Funerals, Southeast Chapel is assisting the family.
