Mariellen Butler, 65, of Topeka, passed away Monday, July 27, 2020.
She was born December 23, 1954, in Covington, Kentucky, the daughter of Nicholas Francis and Maxine Anita (Mills) Fuhr. She was a graduate of St. Mary's High School.
Mariellen was employed by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment in Topeka, retiring in 2013.
Mariellen married Robert Massey Jr. They later divorced. She married David Butler. They later divorced. Survivors include her daughter, Heather (Jonathan) Miller of Topeka; and five grandchildren, Rylie, Braden, Ashlynn, Brennan and Liam.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her uncle, Michael Fuhr.
Honoring her request, cremation is planned. A private family gathering will be held at Dove Cremations and Funerals, Southwest Chapel, Topeka.
