Bob graduated from Meriden High School in 1959. He was employed by Wilcox RV Center for over 25 years before retiring. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 400, SAL and the American Pool Players Association.
Bob married Patricia A. Cape. She preceded him in death on November 21, 1992. He was also preceded in death by one son, Todd I. Fultz on February 25, 2020 and his six siblings.
Survivors include his significant other, Mary A. Corcoran of Topeka, one daughter, Melody (Michael) Rosencutter of Topeka, one son, Jeffrey A. (Ashley) Fultz of Kinston, North Carolina, six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and his brother, Milo (Leona) Fultz of Topeka.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Dove Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Rd. where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Masks and social distancing must be observed. Cremation will follow the service and private inurnment will take place in Pleasant Hill Cemetery southeast of Topeka.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the KSU Cancer Center, 1 Chalmers Hall, Manhattan, Kansas 66506.
