Liudmyla was born February 3, 1961 in Lubny, Ukraine. She owned a travel agency for over 20 years and was very passionate about helping people to find a perfect vacation spot or have best arrangements possible for their business or medical trips.
She moved to the United States in 2014 to undergo cancer treatment and be with her daughter.
Liudmyla enjoyed cooking delicious Ukrainian dishes and baking amazing cakes at every opportunity, gardening in her beautiful rose garden, traveling and exploring new places, and, of course, spending time with family and friends.
Liudmyla married Oleksandr Brodskyy on April 29, 1994. He survives. Other survivors include daughter, Yana Ross, Topeka; grandson, Ashton Ross; sister, Svitlana (Alexej) Vestalo and niece Jessica Vestalo, Coburg, Germany; niece Darja (Dmitrij) Buchel and great niece, Darina Buchel, Porta Westfalica, Germany; mother, Nina Danilenko, Elizavetovka, Ukraine. Preceding her in death was her father Petr Danilenko.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Fellowship Bible Church. Inurnment will be in Mount Hope cemetery at the Rose Garden following the service.Visitation will be held at 9 am prior to the service.
