1950 - 2021

William Patrick "Pat" Carrick, 70, of Berryton, passed away Saturday, July 10, 2021.

He was born December 27, 1950, in Coffeyville, Kansas, the son of William Neil and Wilma Ruth (Harding) Carrick. He was a graduate of Coffeyville High School.

Pat was employed by Washburn University and most recently was a bus driver for USD 501 School District.

He was a member of Berryton United Methodist Church and attended First Southern Baptist Church in Topeka.

Survivors include his daughter, Kimberly R. (Robert) Agin of Carbondale; his son, Nathan A. Carrick, address unknown; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his mother, Wilma Carrick of Berryton; his sister, Susan Kitchkommie and his nephew, Bobby Kitchkommie, both of Topeka.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Pat loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He also loved to sing, playing his guitar, writing music, watching Western movies and was an avid Beatles fan.

Cremation is planned. A memorial ceremony will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 22, 2021 at the Berryton United Methodist Church, 7010 SE Berryton Road, Berryton, KS 66409. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Dove Cremations & Funerals, Southeast Chapel in Topeka is assisting the family.

Memorial contributions may be made to charity of TARC, 2701 SW Randolph Ave, Topeka, KS 66611or charity of the donor’s choice.
