Linda Marie Heine, 44, of Topeka, passed away Friday, March 25, 2022.

She was born August 30, 1977, in Manhattan, Kansas, the daughter of Teresa Heine. She was a graduate of Rossville High School and KAW Area Technical School.

Linda was employed by USD 501 for 24 years.

She was a member of the Topeka / Shawnee Kansas Special Olympics team.

Survivors include her mother, Teresa Heine of Topeka; grandfather Wilford Heine of Topeka; aunts, uncles and cousins; and boyfriend Beau Renyer.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Reba Bailey; and great-grandparents Oral and Sarah RookStool.

Linda enjoyed the Special Olympics and spending time with her S & L Ranch family.

Cremation is planned. A celebration of Linda’s life will be held at a later date. Dove Cremations and Funerals, Southwest Chapel in Topeka is assisting the family.
