Dear Duane and Gene and family,
I am sorry about losing your faithful mother, who found more joy in you all than anything in the world. I have wonderful memories of our past growing up our children together and doing things together. I was especially thrilled when after 25 years of not seeing her, she showed up at our house and gave me a 'treatment" after i had been in a Semi/truck wreck. It gave me back my life an I got better. She has been a wonderful helper to many and we will all remember her cheerfulness in helping us all. Now, you will have to go on with the knowledge you have learned and carry on. Am glad to know you are all flourishing, doing the right things.....God be near to you all. Nancy and Dick Ellis

I was fortunate to know Dorthy for a number of years and receive treatments from her. She was so positive and helpful in her thinking and spirit. She always left me better than when I came to an appointment. Her saying Life is Grand will always stick with me. She was a lovely person to know. My best to all of her family members. Linda Hicks

First met Dorthy at the health food mart on 21st street. She was so knowledgeable on health issues. We immediately became friends and remained friends for many many years.
My sincere condolences to her family.
She loved her family with her whole heart. Always proud of her family.
She will be missed. Please, let me know if in anyway I can be helpful during this difficult time. With love Winona Ralston. Life is Grand!!

Dorthy taught me so much about how to be healthy and how to be a loving human being. I met her shortly after I returned from Desert Storm. After becoming convinced there was really nothing that the VA or civilian doctors could do that would help me feel better I was overjoyed to learn through Dorthy about the natural alternatives I could incorporate into my daily living. They made a tremendous difference. We shared many philosophical as well as practical discussions. I am so glad that she called me her friend. Dorthy and Brenda both taught me that “Life Is Grand” and I will remember as I carry on without them.

I worked with Brenda for many years, volunteered with Kendra at Topeka West and my daughter and Caleb were in the same graduating class at Topeka West. So very sorry to learn of this loss to your family. Thinking of you during this difficult time.

Dorothy was a beautiful person and believed in God wholeheartedly. She always had a smile to greet you and a listening ear. She loved deeply and shared her love with her family and loved her grandkids so much. They were the light of her life and was really proud of them. She used to take rolls of film of Ryan when she watched him. May you rest with the lord Dorthy and may you be in external peace. You have held a special place in my heart! Hugs and love to all of the family. My son Ryan and Gene. Duane, Sarah and Caleb. Danny and Luke!

I have very good memories of overnight stays with Aunt Dottie and our cousins. Movie nights and popcorn. Fourth of July fireworks were better in Lincoln than Fairfield! I'm glad I got to share my memories with her before she passed. My thoughts and prayers are with Gene and Duane. Stay in touch!
Life is grand.
