Janet Lee Weddle, 67, of Topeka, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at a Topeka care facility. She was born November 18, 1955 in Topeka, the daughter of Irwin McCallin and Carol Lee “Pat” (Herson) Weddle.
Janet graduated from Topeka High School in 1974 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University. She was employed as a Customer Service Representative for Argi-Ventures until 1993 and later owned and operated T & J's Antiques in 1998.
Survivors include her brother, Scott (Lorri) Weddle of Wakarusa, her niece, Josie and two nephews, Sean and Justin.
A Celebration of Janet's Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 10, 2023 at Mount Hope Cemetery & Funeral Chapel. Inurnment will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st St., Topeka, Kansas 66604-3720.
