Adria J. Hintz-Mulanax

Adria J. Hintz-Mulanax, 50, of Topeka, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. She was born November 22, 1975 in Topeka, the daughter of Bennie C. and Cynthia (Just) Steele.

Adria attended Topeka Public Schools. She attended cosmetology school and was a homemaker.

Adria married Brent S. Hintz. He survives. She was married to Brent, though her longtime partner was Cindy Mulanax, who also survives. Also surviving is her daughter, Makenzie Hintz of Topeka, her siblings, Shawn Steele Clark (Justin) of Topeka, Michael (Brittany) Wiseman of Topeka, Ryan Wiseman of Branson, Missouri, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 8, 2026 on the Garden Chapel at Topeka Cemetery. Burial will follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105 or to the Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st St., Topeka, Kansas 66604.
