Anna M. Jester

Anna M. Jester, 64, of Tecumseh, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025 at a Topeka hospital. She was born June 9, 1961 in Topeka, the daughter of Landes D. and Beth A. (Peterson) Jester.

Anna graduated from Topeka High School. She had resided in Burlington, Kansas for approximately 30 years before moving back to Topeka. She was employed by COF (Coffee, Osage & Franklin Counties) as a warehouse laborer and later for TARC after returning to Topeka. She was a member of Highland Heights Christian Church.

Survivors include her sister, Mary B. (Douglas) Forshee of Tecumseh and four nephews, Joshua Forshee, Jeremiah Forshee, Joseph Forshee, Travis Strobel, and one niece, Elise Strobel.

Anna was preceded in death by her sister, Lesley Strobel.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 20, 2025 at Dove Southeast Chapel, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in Topeka Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to TARC, 2701 SW Randolph Ave., Topeka, Kansas 66611 or to Highland Heights Christian Church, 2930 SE Tecumseh Rd., Tecumseh, Kansas 66542.

Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family with service arrangements.
