Antwan L. Robbins

Antwan L. Robbins, 32, of Topeka, went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. He was born March 14, 1993 in Topeka, the son of Lisa A. Lewis and Delbert L. Robbins.

Antwan graduated from Highland Park High School in 2011. He continued his education and football career at Fort Scott Community College and Ottawa University before receiving his bachelor's degree in Communications from Washburn University in 2016. He was employed by Frito Lay and Granado Lawn Service. He was a member of New Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church and watched service online along with his wife. Antwan was a lover of all sports and very knowledgeable when it came to his favorite teams the Kansas City Chiefs, Royals, and The University of Miami. When he wasn’t working at his primary job, you could find him creating magic on the back of a mower with his Granado Boys. If you ever had any interaction with him, you would know he had a heart of gold and a smile that could light up any room. To know him was to love him.

After dating for six years, Antwan married Jen Ma’ae Cooper on November 4, 2017 in Topeka.

He is proceeded in death by his maternal grandfather Wayne McClelland.

He is survived by his wife, Jen Ma'ae Robbins; mother, Lisa A. Lewis; maternal grandmother, Jacqueline B. Lewis of Topeka and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 6, 2025 at New Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Cremation will follow and private inurnment will take place at a later date.

Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family with service arrangements.
