Brian Michael Bevitt

Brian M. Bevitt, 45, of Topeka, passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

He was born August 10, 1980 in Topeka, and is the son of Barbara-Lynn Viscardi and Robert V. Bevitt.

Brian served in the US Army where he assisted with border enforcement in Arizona, before he was deployed to Kuwait and Iraq. He was awarded the Iraq Campaign medal, National Defense Service Medal (his second), Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon and Armed Forces Reserve Medal. He was later employed by Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. He loved his children very much. He also loved fishing, camping, motorcycles and cars. He also loved to joke around and laugh, including busting Dad's chops over the annual Army vs. Navy game.

Brian was married Erica Enloe who preceded him in death.

Survivors include his children; Kaylynn Bevitt, Roman Bevitt, Giana Bevitt, step daughter; Kayla Marr, parents; Robert (Laura) Bevitt, Barbara-Lynn Viscardi, siblings; Brandi-Lynn Bevitt, Robert Saverio Viscardi, Kelli-Marie (Bevitt) Davis, step sister; Marilyn Bauer, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, September 12, 2025 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SW Minnesota Ave, Topeka, Kansas 66605. Private family services and committal are planned.
