Cynthia Diane Zimmerman

Cynthia Diane Zimmerman, 66, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

She was born April 7, 1959, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Frank A. Fisher and Diana D. Fisher.

Cynthia was employed by Kansas Gas for 35 years, retiring on February 1st 2020.

Cynthia married William Ralph Zimmerman on October 20th 2018 in Wakarusa.

Survivors include her husband, William Ralph Zimmerman, her brothers, Steven Fisher and Tim Fisher, her sister Susan Fisher, and her son, William.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Diana and Frank Fisher.

Cynthia enjoyed scrap booking and creating 3D cards. She was also a fantastic interior decorator.

A Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, May 21st beginning at 10:00AM at Dove Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Rd, Topeka, KS 66610 with Pastor Louie Constantino Officiating. Private Family Interment will follow.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Research Association, or the Shawnee County Humane Society.
