He was born August 12, 1951, in Topeka, the son of Ernest and Mary Gasser Bocquin. He is survived by brothers, Lary Bocquin and Dennis Bocquin.
Graveside services are at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at Leavenworth National Cemetery. Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel is assisting the family.
