Ervin "Roger" Krehbiel

Ervin "Roger" Krehbiel, 81, of Berryton, passed away on Saturday, September 6, 2025. He was born July 30, 1944 in Newton, Kansas, the son of Ervin P. and Melva M. (Graber) Krehbiel.

Roger graduated from Moundridge High School and earned a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Business Management from Bethel College in 1966. He was employed by the Kansas Department of Corrections for 38 years before retiring. He was a member of the Eden Mennonite Church in Moundridge and the Southern Hills Mennonite Church in Topeka. He had resided in the Topeka /Berryton Community since 1974.

Roger married Judy M. Stucky on May 28, 1965 in Moundridge. She survives. Other survivors include one daughter, Lisa (Bret "BJ") Young of Meriden, two grandchildren, Keaton and Cayden, and his siblings, Gregory (Elaine) Krehbiel of Moundridge and Miriam Krehbiel of Topeka.

A Celebration of Roger's Life on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 11:00 am at Southern Hills Mennonite Church, 511 SE 37th Street, Topeka KS. Private inurnment will take place in the Eden Mennonite Church Cemetery in Moundridge at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Southern Hills Mennonite Church, P.O. Box 5067, Topeka, Kansas 66605 or to the Mennonite Disaster Service, 583 Airport Rd., Lititz, Pennsylvania 17543.
