Ethel M. Culbertson, 68, of Topeka, passed away on Monday, February 14, 2022. She was born April 14, 1953 in Osage City, Kansas, the daughter of Harley M. and Iva J. (Griffin) Ard.
Ethel was employed as a cook for Wanamaker Elementary School. She was a member of the Heartland Worship Center.
Ethel married Bruce Culbertson in 1970. He preceded her in death in December 2020.
Survivors include children Lola Culbertson of Topeka, Benjamin Culbertson of Topeka, Matthew Culbertson of Topeka, nine grandchildren, Alan, Devin, Kelli, Reanna, Jasper, Nichole, Kaylee, Zoey and Billy, one great-grandson, Phillip, her mother, Iva J. Ard, and her siblings, Shirley, Gladys, Merle, Mike, David and Richard.
A private Celebration of Ethel's Life will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family with arrangements.
