Floydene E. "Dee" Still

Floydene E. "Dee" Still, 72, of Topeka, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025. She was born September 6, 1952 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Floyd Earl and Fleta Irene (Gregory) Sumpter.

Dee graduated high school in Denver. She devoted her career to the US Army and US Navy where she served for over 8 years. She had resided in Topeka since 1995.

Dee married Glen Wayne Still in 1989 in California. He preceded her in death in 1994. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Deborah Jean Lund in 2023.

Survivors include one son, Gregory Alan Lund of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, two grandchildren, Stephanie and Tony, and several great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Jo Ann Sumpter of Topeka and loving caregiver, Sharell Rogers of Topeka.

A private Celebration of Dee's Life will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.

Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family with service arrangements.
