James Christopher Beach, 54, of Topeka, KS, died November 13, 2023, at Midland's Hospice House in Topeka. James was born October 30, 1969, in Topeka, to Charles 'Mike' Beach and Barbara Jean Fass Beach. He graduated from Seaman High School in 1988. After high school, he went to Butler County Community College to play baseball until he had an injury.
James spent his life in Topeka, where he married Pamela Hrabak in January 2010. Plumber by trade, James did a wide variety of other jobs including security and crew for WWE. While working construction, James learned the roofing trade finishing his career as Lead Project Manager for Beach Exteriors, LLC. James was an incredibly hard worker and all his friends, as well as clients, knew they could call James, and he would help in any way he could. He had the gift of help and would set aside what he was working on to go help someone out.
North Topeka had many of his favorite stomping grounds, but by far the places that kept drawing him were the baseball fields. His love for ball started early, continued into junior college and included hours of play on teams with his friends. He was fiercely competitive, always giving 110% to the game. He enjoyed his part in coaching Henri's teams so much, that even after Henri stopped, he continued on to support other teams his friends were coaching. James told it like it was to the youth but did it in a way where they always knew James was for them. Other things he liked to do was take off on the backroads on his motorcycle or take family and friends to a favorite water shed south of Topeka. James loved being a Grandpa and would teach anyone that wanted to how to fish or take them out on the boat.
He is survived by his wife Pamela, his twins Henri and Tess Beach, his son Cody Reser and family, Pamela's two sons and daughter and nine grandchildren. Also surviving, his sister Dana L Didway, nieces and their children, along with his aunts, Patty Beach Hills and Nancy Beach Sparks, with numerous cousins.
James was preceded in death by his parents, brother Steve Tripe, and his grandparents Harold and Wilma Beach.
