John C. Dalton, 74, of Topeka died on Thursday, May 25, 2017. He was born May 13, 1943 in Russell, KS, the son of William C. and Dorothy A. Dalton.
John graduated from Topeka High School and served four years in the U.S. Navy. In his later years, he pursued his passion for building and flying large-scale R/C airplanes and held many leadership positions with the NE Kansas Blue Sky Squadron flying club.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Ann, his parents of Topeka and brother Bob (Cindy) of Lone Tree, CO.
Services will be held at Dove Cremation and Funeral Service, 4020 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, on Wednesday, May 31. Visitation will begin at 10AM followed by the memorial service at 11AM.
