John I. Meyer

John I. Meyer, 70, of Madison, Kansas, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at a Topeka hospital. He was born August 6, 1955 in Burlington, Kansas, the son of Paul B. and Mildred A. (Spradlin) Meyer.

John was a Navy Veteran, serving during the Vietnam War. He was employed as a Pipefitter.

Survivors include one son, Maximus Meyer of Chanute, two granddaughters, Sophia and Willow, and his brother, Dennis (Susan) Meyer of Emporia.

A private Celebration of John's Life will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.

Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family with service arrangements.
