Kyle L. Perkins, 50, of Topeka, passed away Friday, May 22, 2026. He was born August 2, 1975, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Mark and Sharron (Rimbey) Perkins II.
Kyle graduated from Highland Park High School and attended Kaw Valley Vocational School. He was known for his kind heart, quiet nature, and strong work ethic. Kyle found joy in woodworking and took pride in creating things with his hands. He also enjoyed spending time on the golf course with family and friends, making memories that will be cherished by those who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving parents, Mark and Sharron Perkins of Topeka; his siblings, Lori (Derek) Snook of Topeka, Scott (Tina) Perkins of Topeka, and Jana Remmenga (Dan Schmeider) of Lincoln, Nebraska; as well as several nieces and nephews who will dearly miss him.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Mount Hope Cemetery, 4700 SW 17th Street, Topeka, Kansas 66604.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st Street, Topeka, Kansas 66604.
Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Avenue, is assisting the family with service arrangements.
