She was born on November 23, 1958 at Fukuoka, Japan the daughter of Philip E. and Sanny L. (Fishburn) Scribner
Laura worked as a LPN for Brewster Place in Topeka.
Laura is survived by Bartricia R. Allison and her daughter, Elizabeth R. Scribner. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation is planned. No services are scheduled. Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel is assisting the family.
