In his retirement years he drove for various car dealerships transporting vehicles which he thoroughly enjoyed.

LeRoy also loved taking vacations with his wife, from coast to coast, with the mountains of Colorado being one of their favorites. Some other memorable trips they took together were to the Holy Land in Israel, Hawaii and Canada. He cherished time spent with his children and their families, including watching his grandchildren’s involvement in music, gymnastics and soccer. What he truly loved above all else was his assurance in knowing one day he would spend eternity with his Lord and Savior due to his acceptance of Jesus in his life on October 2, 1975.
