Linda E. Chambers

Linda E. Chambers, 66, of Topeka, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, April 5, 2026. She was born May 9, 1959 in Topeka, the daughter of Robert W. and Daneva A. (Joyce) Chambers, Sr.

Linda graduated from Highland Park High School in 1977 and attended Washburn University. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include two children, Amandra D. Chambers of Topeka, Robert R. Chambers of Topeka, six grandchildren, Daryona Chambers-Moore, Asiana Chambers-Moore, De'Acia Chambers-Moore, Zi'Ariah Chambers, Montez Chambers-Montellano, Amaeva Williams, her siblings, Joyce Chambers, Sandra Chambers, Leroy Chambers, Ethel Elliott, Lynn Chambers, and Dan Gary Chambers, her cousins, Dan MccLelland, Ronald MccLelland, Brenda Johnson, Jerry Joyce, Terry Joyce, and a host of extended family and friends.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and three siblings, Robert W. Chambers, Jr., Sheron Stewart, and Cynthia Chambers, and her aunt, Amanda Joyce-Sharpe.

Linda will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 10, 2026 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. Graveside services will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Mount Auburn Cemetery.
