Linda E. Chambers

Linda E. Chambers, 66, of Topeka, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, April 5, 2026. She was born May 9, 1959 in Topeka, the daughter of Robert W. and Daneva A. (Joyce) Chambers, Sr.

Linda graduated from Highland Park High School in 1977 and attended Washburn University. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include two children, Amandra D. Chambers of Topeka, Robert R. Chambers of Topeka, six grandchildren, Zi'Ariah Chambers, Montez Chambers-Montellano, Daryona Chambers-Moore, Asiana Chambers-Moore, De'Acia Chambers-Moore, Amaeva Williams, her siblings, Joyce Chambers, Ethel Elliott, Sandra Chambers, Lynn Chambers and Leroy Chambers, her cousins, Dan MccLelland, Ronald MccLelland, Brenda Johnson, Terry Joyce, Jerry Joyce, and a host of extended family and friends.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and three siblings, Robert W. Chambers, Jr., Sheron Stewart, and Cynthia Chambers.

Linda will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 10, 2026 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. Graveside services will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Mount Auburn Cemetery.
