Mark W. "Toad" Reser

Mark W. "Toad" Reser, 63, of Topeka, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025 at a Topeka hospital surrounded by his loved ones. He was born December 20, 1961 in Topeka, the son of Robert N. and Janet L. (Bower) Reser.

Toad graduated from Shawnee Heights High School in 1980. He was employed by the Tecumseh Township, Frakes Trucking and Herrman's Excavating Company.

Survivors include one daughter, Ariel Reser of Topeka, three granddaughters, Cori, Kiara, and Kaylie, one grandson, Wayne, his siblings, Rickie (Sally) Reser, Dave Reser, and several nieces and nephews.

Toad was preceded in death by his son, Ian Reser, his step-daughter, Chrissy Allen, his parents, his brother, Dennis Reser, and sister-in-law, Lisa Reser.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 7, 2025 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. Burial will follow in Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the T-Bird Legacy Scholarship, 4401 SE Shawnee Heights Rd., Tecumseh, Kansas 66542.
