Oma B. Lacey, 82, of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at a Topeka care facility. She was born November 13, 1940 in Salina, Kansas, the daughter of John and Chrystal (Copeman) Stover.
Oma graduated from Minneapolis High School. She was employed by the State of Kansas as a horticulturist and owned and operated her own greenhouse in Lincoln, Kansas for several years. She later went to work for Valeo Behavioral Health Care where she later retired.
Survivors include children, Emily R. Miller of Topeka, James F. Miller, two grandchildren, Aaliyah and Alicia, and her sister, Ola D. Faucher of Lawrence, Kansas.
A private Celebration of Oma's Life will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family with service arrangements.
