Patricia Olive "Patsy" Brewster

Patricia Olive "Patsy" Brewster, 90, of Topeka, passed away on January 2, 2026 at Midland Care.

She was born on July 27, 1935 to Oscar and Beulah Baker in Lawrence, Kansas. She grew up in Lawrence and graduated from Lawrence Memorial High in 1953.

On June 12, 1953, Patricia O. Baker married Donald L Brewster. They lived and raised their family mostly in the Lawrence area.

Patricia worked mostly at Secretarial positions while raising four children.

She was a member of the Lawrence Heights Christian Church. She was an avid gardener with a very green thumb

Patricia is survived by her daughters; Gayle E. Davenport, Cynthia Lynn Brewster and her spouse, Maureen. Sons, Donald L. Brewster, Jr. and his wife Mary, Kyle P. Brewster and his wife, Lori. Ten grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great- grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Donald L Brewster, Sr., father; Oscar Baker, mother; Beulah Baker, and brother, Gilbert O. Baker.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, 11:00 am with visitation beginning at 10:00 am both at the Dove Cremations & Funerals - Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wannamaker, Topeka, Kansas 66614, with Pastor Evan Bialk, officiating.

Interment will take place following funeral services, at Underwood Cemetery, Williamstown Kansas.

Memorials are suggested to the ALS society or Midland hospice.
