Patricia A. "Pat" Lemon

Patricia A. "Pat" Lemon, 93, of Topeka, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026. She was born February 21, 1933 in Marysville, Kansas, the daughter of Ralph and Freda (Blocker) Tangeman.

Pat graduated from Marysville High School. She moved to Topeka after graduation and went to work for the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company where she was employed for over 35 years before retiring in the mid 1980's. She was a member of the Evangelical Church and the Southwestern Bell Telephone Pioneers Club.

Pat married Lawrence E. “Larry” Lemon on September 2, 1956 in Marysville, Kansas. He preceded her in death on December 23, 2025. She was also preceded in death by her brother and sisters as well as her granddaughter, Bethanie Marie Nazzaro.

Survivors include children, Randy (Patti) Lemon of Emporia, Cindy Carrow of Omaha, Nebraska, Sandra (Troy) Nazzaro of Topeka, four grandchildren, Michele, Amanda, Erin and Alex, eleven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A private Celebration of Pat’s Life will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will take place in Mount Hope Cemetery.

Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family with service arrangements.
