Phillip Allen White, 43, Topeka, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2005 at Stormont Vail Regional Medical Center.
Phillip was a lifelong resident of Kansas Neurological Institute.
A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 4, 2005 at Penwell-Gabel's Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 A. M. to Noon on Thursday at Newcomer Family Funeral Home.
