Rebecca Lynne Weichert

Rebecca “Beckie” Lynne Weichert, a life-long resident of Topeka, passed away in her home on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at the age of 66.

She was born on July 19, 1959 to William and Judy (McGivern) Row and was a graduate of Topeka West High School in 1978.

Beckie was a kind-hearted, gentle soul who lit up every room she walked into with her warm smile and bright personality. She had a passion for astrology, late night watering in her garden and Fleetwood Mac, but she loved her family and furry friends the most.

Beckie is survived by daughter, Rayanan Leeper; grandchildren, Gage VanHoutan, Charlie Leeper, and Weston VanHoutan of Topeka; siblings, Debby (Dennis) Witthar of Topeka and Bill (Laurie) Row of Overland Park as well as her companion, Roy Burrous.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Judy Row.

A graveside ceremony will be held at 11:00 a.m., October 30, 2025, at Mount Calvary Cemetery located at 801 SW Westchester Rd., Topeka, Kansas 66606.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Topeka Community Cat Fix, 2155 SW Westport Dr. #114, Topeka, Kansas 66614.
