Robert E. Sherburne, 79, Topeka, passed away, Sun., Jan., 13, 2008 at Colmery-O'Neil Hospital.
Robert was born in Coffeyville, KS the son of Claude and Grace Sherburne who preceded him in death.
Survivors include, Michael of Topeka; Sara (Mark) Hollis of Nashville, TN; Tom (Cari) of Auburn, AL; Jennifer (Mel) Sauer of Hays, KS, 3 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Volunteer Services at Colmery-O'Neil 2200 SW Gage Blvd., Topeka, KS 66622.
Cremation has taken place.
Family and friends will meet at Terry's Bar and Grill, 522 SW 6th Ave. at 7:00p.m., Wed., Jan. 16.
Newcomer Family Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
