Robert E. Wildrix

Robert E. Wildrix, 77, of Lawrence, Kansas, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. He was born October 29, 1948 in Shenandoah, Iowa, the son of Clyde E. and Barbara J. (Preuss) Wildrix.

Robert graduated from Oskaloosa High School and attended the University of Kansas. He was a Navy Veteran, serving in the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his sister, Betty (Bruce) Waller of Tecumseh, his niece, Laura Atkinson, and great-niece and great-nephew, Annika and Anthony.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew, John Waller.

Private graveside services will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery.

Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family with service arrangements.
