Steven D. Bridgewater, 49, of Topeka, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2008. He was born on April 27, 1958 in Missouri, the son of Lawrence and Saundra Hand Bridgewater. Steven married Jeannine M. Hrenchir on July 31, 1981 in Topeka. She survives. Other survivors include one daughter, Jennifer, his mother, two brothers and two sisters. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Highland Heights Christian Church. Steven will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 2:00 - 4:30 p.m. Friday at Newcomer Family Funeral Home.
