Susan Lorraine Waugh

Susan Lorraine (Bayless) Waugh, 64, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, June 7, 2025.
She was born February 8, 1961, in Topeka, Kansas, raised by Bill and Anita (Sisco) Jones. She was a graduate of  Santa Fe Trail High School, and received an Associates in office management from Topeka Business College.
Susan was employed by the Lawyers Title, retiring in  2021.
She was a member of the Carbondale VFW, Ladies Auxiliary.
Susan married Michael W. Waugh on Nov 17 1979 in Lyndon, Ks. He survives in Topeka. Other survivors include her children, Aaron Waugh and his wife Jessica of  Oklahoma City, Shayne Waugh of Topeka Ks, and Dennis Waugh and his wife Heather of Junction City. Her grandchildren, Austin, Ashlynn, Erica, Peyton, John, Aubrey, Elizabeth, Alistair, and Weston; and siblings, Tom and Shelley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Anita and Brother Merle Duane Bayless.
Susan enjoyed sewing, gardening, cooking, and spending time with family.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at 1:00 pm Friday June 13th at the Dove Cremations & Funerals, Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave., Topeka, KS. A graveside service will follow at Carbondale Cemetery, Carbondale Cemetery.
