Terra Ann Guyle

Terra Ann Guyle, 50, of Holton, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025 at Midland Hospice House in Topeka. She was born January 16, 1975 in Omaha, Nebraska, the daughter of James R. and Diane A. (Jansey) Surber.

Terra graduated from Clements High School in Sugarland, Texas in 1992 and attended Johnson County Community College in Overland Park. She served as a Machinist Mate on the USS Simon Lake in the US Navy in multiple locations overseas, with her favorites being England and Italy. She was employed by the Social Security Administration for 11 years.

Terra married Jason P. Guyle on September 12, 2015 in Holton, Kansas. He survives. Other survivors include children, Tamberlynn (Christopher) Morris of Monument, Colorado, Laura (Mohamad) Hanino of Livonia, Michigan, Trent Milburn of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, her grandchildren, Tristian Babin, Aurora Hanino, Troy Morris and Adelynn Morris, her father and step-mother, James R. Surber and Patricia Stilen of Kansas City, Missouri, her uncle and aunt, Tom and Susan Surber of Norfolk, Nebraska, her sister, Mariko (Joe) Burger and one nephew, Aiden Burger of Olathe, Kansas.

Terra was preceded in death by her mother, Diane Jansey, her grandparents and one aunt, Ann (Surber) Green.

A private Celebration of Terra's life will be held at a later date with inurnment taking place at a later date.
