Edward Lee Burnside, 66, passed away on July 29th in Topeka, Kansas. He was the husband of Debra J. Burnside. They shared 44 years of marriage together and have resided in New Smyrna Beach, Florida for the past 2 years.

Born August 14, 1948 in Atlanta, Georgia, he was the son of Altha Lamar and Cenus (Foster) Burnside. He served with the United States Air Force in Vietnam. Edward enjoyed helping others and was also a retired union electrician and active member of the Grace Gospel Church in Apopka, Florida.

He is survived by his loving wife, Debra J. Burnside; a brother, Robert L. Burnside; many brother and sister-in-laws and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by both of his parents and a nephew, Curtis Burnside.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Grace Gospel Church, 195 Lake Seminary Circle, Maitland, FL 32751.
