Frances C. Willfong Andrews, 71, of Topeka, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at a Topeka care center.
She was born September 7, 1948 in Hot Springs, Arkansas, the daughter of William and Marjorie (Fuqua) Ragland.
She was employed by Cessna Aircraft later for Boeing Aircraft in Wichita.
Frances married Raymond Willfong, Jr. on September 18, 1967. He preceded her in death in 2006. Survivors include three children, Carrie (Randy) Emler of Topeka, Kelly (Rick) Perry, Cabot, AR and Raymond Willfong III, Topeka; four grandchildren, Lane Perry, Peyton Emler, Tyler Perry and Avery Emler; and two sisters, Barbara Ann Owen and Nannette Hines.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Russell Ragland; and a sister, Betty Sue Biggs.
The family would like to thank Topeka Center for Rehab and Health for the great care they provided Frances.
