Mary M. Fallon, 84, of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Brewster Place. She was born November 1, 1935 in Downs, Kansas, the daughter of Theodore and Mildred (Coop) Schreiber.

Mary graduated from Downs High School in Downs, Kansas in 1953. She was a member of Highland Heights Christian Church where she did volunteer work and volunteered at Dovetail as well.

Mary married James F. Fallon on October 11, 1958 in Topeka. Jim was in the Air Force, and they were stationed in Japan for 3 years. He preceded her in death on June 8, 1992. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Thelma Johnston.

Survivors include two children, James F. Fallon, Jr. and Mark E. Fallon, both of Topeka and her siblings, Robert Schreiber of Lindale, TX, Theodore Schreiber of Downs, KS, Richard Schreiber of Charles Town, WV, and Jean Roumell of South Bend, IN.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. Graveside committal services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Fort Riley Post Cemetery, Fort Riley, Kansas.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Elara Caring Hospice, 901 NE River Rd., Topeka, KS 66616.
