Linda K. Zuehlsdorf, 73, of Topeka, formerly of Lafayette, California, passed on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at a Topeka care center. She was born April 19, 1947 in Nebraska, the daughter of Richard and Verlene (Herrick) Saltzman.

Linda graduated from Deshler High School in Deshler, Nebraska in 1965. She attended the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She was a homemaker and an elderly caregiver.

Linda married Bill Zuehlsdorf in January 1966. He was killed while serving in the US Marine Corps. His helicopter crashed in July 1968. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Timothy Saltzman in 2003.

Survivors include one son, Daniel Zuehlsdorf of California, two grandchildren, Summer and Tanner and one sister, Jill D. (Gary) Lewis of Topeka.

A Celebration of Linda's Life will take place at a later date. Private inurnment will take place in Hubbell, Nebraska at a later date.

Dove Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Rd. is assisting the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the NE Kansas Parkinson Association, PO Box 67342, Topeka, Kansas, 66667-0342.
