Kelly Harris, 53, of Quenemo, passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2020. She was born December 29, 1966 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, the daughter of Raymond Charles and Patricia Lynn (Methax) Traster.

Kelly graduated from Crescent City High School in Crescent City, Florida. She was a member of the Quenemo Pride. Kelly was employed by the MDCV Elementary School and American Eagle Distribution Center. She enjoyed raising her moo cows.

Kelly married Layton Harris, Jr. He preceded her in death on September 5, 2009. She was also preceded in death by her father, Raymond, her sister, Tracy and her grandmother, Mac.

Survivors include children, Layton (Ashley) Harris of Topeka, Samantha Harris of Melvern, four granddaughters, her partner, Randall Wilson of Quenemo, her mother, Patricia L. Warner and her siblings, George and Raymond.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Kelly’s Life will be held from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday, January 16, 2021 at the Melvern Community Building, 102 N. Main St., Melvern, Kansas.. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.

Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family.
