She was born March 26, 1929, in Emporia, Kansas, the daughter of William and Garnet (Casterline) Williams.
Billiee graduated from Dunlap High School in 1947. She worked as a bookkeeper for the County Noxious Weed Control prior to retirement.
Mrs. Swartz was a member of Gage Park Baptist Church and the First Baptist Church in Topeka. She was also involved in the Women’s Unit and a 4-H Leader.
Billiee married Evan Swartz. He preceded her in death on November 30, 1997.
Survivors include her children, Widge (Gary) Yager and Dodd Swartz both of Topeka; grandchildren, Tyson (Emily) Yager of Topeka and Tab Yager of Prairie Village, KS; great-grandchildren, Hunter Yager and Hazel Yager.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, William H. Williams, IV.
Billiee was an exceptional seamstress, knitter and pianist.
Honoring Billiee’s request, cremation is planned. A Celebration of Billiee’s Life will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Dove Cremations and Funerals Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Rd., Topeka, KS 66610. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service time.
